You poor dear, that must’ve been terrible, going on with it fir months. And biting your lip– ouch! I know once I bite my lip or tongue, of course I bite the same spot again. Not fun.

I’ve never had acupuncture, but I know people just rave about it and it does wonders in many ways.

Very, very true, Mia – you can’t be your best if you’re not feeling your best and I’m so glad your jaw is feeling better because that had to be so uncomfortable.

Good article! It is so easy to just live w/ some aches/pains – but ultimately probably not the best idea.
