Last year, I had my very first Cookie Exchange. Lesson learned. I’m SO winning something this year, I grabbed a cookie recipe from a friend (thank you) that’s sure to win. Or possibly I’ll win the “presentation” award, if nothing else, I’ll be appropriately dressed.

‘Tis the season.
I’m wrecked. I’m spinning in my mind with all the normal responsibilities, the accomplishments I work towards, various appointments, birthdays and other events we have coming up that have nothing to do with ‘the season’, and then the seasonal parties, gift giving, gathering of families, and oh yea, the joy.

My head is screwed back on. Not necessarily straight, I’m sure there’s a gap and a kink or two to be worked out.
I took time to breathe, time to listen, watch, contemplate. I listened to all of your words of encouragement and support and appreciated it all. The private emails were immensely heartwarming.
